A Day in the Life of a World Changer-Day 22

LOVE

Christmas is all about love. I think that when you get past all the excitement, lights, and merriment we all love Christmas because it’s about love.

And love makes life wonderful. Conversely, the lack of it can make life painful. Think about it.

When you love someone, really love someone, and they love you right back you feel like you can do anything. You see that life is amazing and so full of possibilities. These feelings propel us forward to be better than we are today.

When you lose love, or never find it in the first place, you often are left with a hole in your heart. An abiding pain and emptiness. Those feelings drag us down.

And I am not just talking about romantic love. A love for others is such a vital part of our human experience. Be it family, friends, or total strangers.

The one “bad” thing about Christmas, if there even is one, is that the strong feeling of love that seems to come more easily and even intensely during the season always seems to fade as the lights are taken down, the wrapping paper discarded, and we go back to school and work.

But why does that feeling of love have to fade?

Guess what? It doesn’t have to. I have experienced this same intensity of love as I give of myself as best I can to the people we help through BRIDGES. I don’t say this as a “Yay Adam! You’re amazing!” moment. I say this to you to remind you that when we GIVE love we almost always RECEIVE back more than we gave.

If you want more love in your life in 2017 then I challenge you to join me and my team at BRIDGES. Here’s three opportunities to engage and GIVE.

  1. Help Refugee Soccer Players in USA-Buy an awesome tee and help fund indoor training facilities for refugee players during the winter months. Check them out here.
  2. Join us on a Soccer Safari to Nigeria, West Africa. Play with and help hundreds of Nigerian youth and change your life forever. Learn more here.
  3. Support or even come with me on a high-risk, high-reward trip to help thousands of refugee youth in Northeastern Nigeria who have had their lives shattered by Boko Haram. Check it out here.

Join me and change your life while you simultaneously help dozens, hundreds, or even thousands of people who need love and support. Why else are you on earth? Seriously. Why?! And you really think that delaying doing something about that feeling in your heart and soul is good for anyone? Psst…it’s not! Come with us and let’s change the world!

After the two toughest years of my life I am happy to announce the following:

  • I have found myself.
  • I have found true and abiding love.
  • And I have found the path that I will follow for the rest of my life.

Clear Eyes, Full Heart, Can’t Lose!

I hope you, too, will unleash and take chances, love selflessly, give until it hurts and be patient enough for it to return to you. Because it will. Promise!

With much love…here is today’s VLOG:

And to the woman in my life who has loved me and supported me like no other on this journey I am in absolute AWE of you and of us. I dedicate myself to always showing you that awe, that respect and that love with every breath I take and every moment we have together. I LOVE YOU!

WHAT CAN YOU DO?

Watch the videos. Share them. Comment on them. Give me something. Tell me you hate them. Tell me you love them. What I want is feedback that will help me increase the impact I am making. And if you get inspired along the way then great. They say money talks so if you want to provide feedback financially then go here to make a donation and “talk” to me. “Talk” to the thousands of youth I am trying to reach and help.

Let’s go!
